John Byrne
John has over 25 years experience in property development and project finance. He has developed projects in his own right and on behalf of various stakeholders requiring end-to-end development management from site sourcing and due diligence, design and town planning management, consultant and contractor engagement, sales management and disposal.
He has held senior real estate capital roles and managed extensive portfolios, overseeing the execution of complex transactions. This includes debt, equity co-investment and real estate joint ventures facilitating the development of multiple residential apartment, land, retail, industrial and commercial property projects in Melbourne and Sydney.
Matt Hogg
Matt has over 25 years experience in the property industry having held senior roles for public companies and consulting to high net worth family offices and landowners. Matt has lead strategic town planning initiatives and managed individual development projects and portfolios throughout the project life cycle.
He has proven stakeholder communication and management skills across corporate and government interests. He has developed projects in his own right and has worked on, repositioned and delivered a wide variety of assets from industrial, commercial, retail, land subdivision and medium density housing, as well as infill and brownfield sites with complex town planning and remediation matters.
